Hi, I’m Arrthi! I have just graduated from the Human Behaviour program at McMaster University. I have experience as a Crisis Responder and have been able to support individuals from all walks of life. I love being a source of support for others and learning more about psychotherapy, therefore being in this field has allowed me to strengthen my skills and knowledge. I look forward to connecting and supporting you as your client coordinator, feel free to reach out!

What happens in a consultation?!

We’ll start by determining what you’d like to work on in therapy and what’s brought you here! We just need a general idea of the topics for exploration and areas you’d like to focus on in therapy.

We’ll chat a bit about your day-to-day life, what you do and who you are. Finding the right therapist includes finding the right personality fit, so don’t be scared to let your personality shine!

Whether you’ve been to therapy before or this is your first time, if you have any preferences about what type of therapist you want or what you might be specifically looking for, we’ll take note. No idea what you want or need? Don’t worry! No preferences required 🙂

We’ll spend some time discussing the practical aspects of therapy such as your availability, booking information and of course financial aspects of therapy such as prices, payments & benefits coverage.

Last but certainly not least, the consultation offers an opportunity for you to ask us any questions you may have about virtual/telephone therapy at Rebound, the process of getting started or anything you’re uncertain of!
